Refuges on stage
The exhibition “Refuges alpins. From makeshift shelters to high-altitude tourism” opened its doors on June 4 at Grenoble’s Musée Dauphinois, retracing two centuries of history and the evolution of man’s relationship with the mountains. Three prototypes of the “refuges of tomorrow” will be on display, as part of the Refuge Remix collaborative operation, part of the RefLab program supported by Labex ITTEM.
What will tomorrow’s refuges look like? This is also the subject of an article by RefLab coordinator Philippe Bourdeau, published in issue 88 of L’Alpe magazine to accompany the opening of the exhibition.
