Mountain Month at UGA

In January 2026, Grenoble Alpes University launches the first edition of Mountain Month, in association with Labex ITTEM, OSUG, Sciences-Po-Grenoble-UGA and GREC Alpes-Auvergne.
From January 19 to 30, 2026, a number of events will be offered to all members of the UGA community, in a variety of formats and approaching the mountain through the prism of environmental sciences as well as human and social sciences.

A look back at the first edition:
A total of 11 initiatives were proposed, attracting over 500 participants.
Through their various questions and contributions, the public demonstrated their interest and curiosity in the work of the scientists and players involved.
