As a teacher-researcher in environmental geography and head of the^1st year of the Geography Master's program at the USMB, I'm interested in the heritage/resource dialogue as a challenge for ongoing transitions in mountain territories and protected areas.

At the crossroads of social and human sciences and the geosciences, my research focuses on the participative management of abiotic components of nature (water, relief, geodiversity) and landscapes as heritage resources in mountain and karst areas, in particular Unesco World Geoparks.
