Presentation
Currently a doctoral student at the Edytem laboratory, I study from a sociological and geographical perspective the inhabiting of mountain spaces by those practicing recreational and pastoral activities. My thesis is funded by Labex ITTEM as part of a program with Labex OSUG entitled “mirror theses” which leads to working in collaboration with Perle Charlot, doctoral student in ecology.
Field of research
My thesis work borrows from social anthropology and human geography and questions the interactions between humans and non-humans as well as the relationships between mountain actors and this space. They favor a qualitative method allowing us to focus on the experiences and daily lives of the actors.
